Terms of service

These terms apply between you and the operator of editbay.ai for the use of editbay.ai. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

editbay.ai is an online studio for storing, reviewing and editing video together with an AI assistant you connect. We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Your account

Keep your sign-in and connector links secret; you are responsible for activity in your workspaces, including by assistants and people you give access to.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — including music, footage, fonts and logos — and that it is lawful.

Acceptable use

Do not use editbay.ai for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to attack or overload the service or other systems, or to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. If you go over your plan’s limits, new uploads or renders pause until you free up space, the month resets, or you upgrade.

Liability

Keep your own copies of important files. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice, during which you can download your content.

These terms are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where you live. Contact: [email protected].
